Immediate Debit: When you place an order on opacoo.com, your card is debited immediately in EUR, not at the time of shipment.

Refund Request: To obtain a refund, contact us at contact@opacoo.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Refunds take between 3 and 5 business days to be credited to your account.

You will need to enter your payment method details during the ordering process. Your bank may perform a payment verification.

Payment Information Security: We cannot access your full credit/debit card number. Only your billing information, shipping information, order details, and the last 4 digits of your card are visible after purchase.
